ndrea Le is currently an LPGA Tour superstar, highlighted with her win at 2022 Portland Classic. Lee has won at all levels, not just her time at Standford University where she earned nine wins and stayed for 17 weeks in the position of being the #1 Women's Amateur of the World. Following her win of the Mark H. McCormack Award for the highest ranked women's amateur in the world following the completion of the 2019 season Lee decided to go pro. Andrea Lee was born in Los Angeles on 15 August 1998. James started teaching her daughter to play golf as early as age five. As a young girl she started competing at tournaments. She missed out on making the LPGA Tour cut at the 2015 ANA Inspiration by just one shot. McCormack medal for 2019 after she finished the year as the highest-ranked amateur. Lee was a top amateur who achieved four albatrosses and four holes in one. Her debut year as a player on the LPGA Tour, Lee had two top-10 finishes. She was a T7 finisher at 2020's AIG Women's Open held at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee claimed her maiden LPGA Tour win in the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee dedicated the win to her grandfather Min who died in 2012. He always called me a winner and believe that I was a winner.
